Arasaka- Oldest and largest of the existing megacorporations. Best known for providing security services, weapons and cyberware. Lead by Saburo Arasaka. Murdered by his son, Yorinobu, after confronting him for stealing the Relic.
Flowers are rare and expensive, pets need a license to own, "kibble" made with a synthetic nutrient paste ("organic" food is expensive because corps have a claim over farmland that isn't destroyed and charge high for seeds)
Corporations are like their own countries and will kill any threats, abuse the poor
Ascians and their world; SHADOWBRINGERS SPOILERS
Zodiark is the Ascians' God, Hydaelyn is the Goddess who split their world into fourteen shards
Everyone's soul was also split into one fourteenth except for Lahabrea, Elidibus and Emet-Selch
Elidibus became the heart of his god, sacrificing his own heart and memories in the process. The Ascians' purpose is to restore their star from the sundering that destroyed it, by causing calamaties in each new world. In doing so, souls will be reunited and aether will flood the Source, which will then be offered up to Zodiark to bring back the people the Ascians lost.
