Connor decides that maybe leaning against the doorframe isn't a good idea right now- it makes him look relaxed, when he isn't. So he stands upright again, expression uneasy.

"I had no idea you were going to come over, Rich. I never would have made you interact with it again if I'd known."

He rubs his hands together nervously. The SQUIP and Justine can probably feel that anxiety, the way Connor frays at the edges at the thought of being the reason Rich is suffering now.

"Please try to breathe. Do you need some water?"
